Townhouses AT HENRY

The proposed development is a 7.5 nathers star development follows all the required regulation of keeping the minimum 60 sqm of Private Open Spaces for all three townhouses on a very tight site. The subject area is an existing lot in the established residential area of Belmont, which is located in south-west of Greater Geelong area. Belmont is in the south of the Barwon River, one of Geelong’s oldest, largest and most popular suburbs. The neighbourhood presents a mixed style of housing with both weatherboard and brick veneer materials being used, as well as a variety of roof styles.
